Delivery time & samples

Mass-production will be commenced as soon the artwork visual is approved, unless a sample is requested (additional €150,- non-refundable).

• Production order up to 10.000/25.000 pieces ca. 16/21 working days respectively.
• Production sample only on request ca. 10 working days.
• Transport by sea ca. 40-45 calendar days.
• Transport by air ca. 7-10 calendar days.

Sample costs €150,-, non-refundable and are excluding the setup costs. All costs related to design changes or order-cancellation will be invoiced. Stated delivery times are subject to production capacity and supplier holidays.
